After purchasing your puzzle, assemble it to reveal the QR code.
Scan the QR code using the camera on your mobile device or tablet. If you have trouble, try moving your device farther from the puzzle. Also make sure there aren’t bright reflections on the puzzle’s shiny surface and that the puzzle is lying on a plain background. Please note that the puzzle will still scan even if some pieces are missing.
You’ll be directed to a web page where you’ll enter your secret prize code from the paper insert in your box to learn what you’ve won. Prizes range from $1 to $1,000,000.
To claim your prize, just fill in your preferred email address, and we will email your winnings in the form of a digital check. The game ends January 10, 2024. All prizes must be claimed by February 28, 2024.
Your verification code will be in the box with your puzzle. Take a picture of it, so you don't lose it.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hardest, it’s a 5.
Everyone wins something. There are no losers. Once the puzzle is assembled, there’s a chance to win $1, $100, $1K, $2.5K , $10K, $100K, $250K, $500K, or $1M.
There is not. That would be cheating.
Once the puzzle is assembled, open your camera on your phone or tablet and point it steadily at the QR code for 2-3 seconds. A notification will appear once your image is scanned. If your camera has trouble detecting the QR code, try moving back 6"-18" until it picks up. If that doesn’t work, you may have to go to your settings app and enable QR code scanning. Also, make sure there aren't any bright reflections obscuring the code from your device.
3+ to assemble the puzzle and 18+ to be eligible to win. If you’re not over 18, you can still buy the puzzle and have your parents or anyone over 18 accept the prize money for you.
You will be paid via a digital check emailed to the address you provide when you complete your puzzle and claim your prize.

Please be sure you correctly enter your address. Once an order has been processed, you can no longer request an address change and your order cannot be refunded.
Puzzles will be shipped as soon as we can manage. Please keep in mind there may be delivery slow-downs beyond our control.

Your payment will be processed when you order a puzzle and we'll ship as quickly as possible. You'll then receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Discount codes can be entered directly on the checkout page. Type in your discount code and select ‘Update’ to apply the discount. Please verify that you've entered your code correctly before completing the checkout process.
Discount codes may expire at any time, so make sure to use your discount code as soon as possible!
